Sinking version of the classic surface lure!

Anglers who have used the floating Zlaw will understand how it is possible to make the lure dip sub-surface by keeping the rod tip low and increasing tip movements. This sinking version plays on this sub-surface ability (sinking slowly on pauses), but working on the surface with a raised rod tip position.
