Apia H-Bait

The H-Bait is something a bit different to the norm. With fixed weights in the bum end, the action is a little more gentle than some lures. A slow floating lure, it's possible to achieve perfect presentation in calm conditions.

With that weight towards the tail, the lure is best retrieved with a fast crank to get the lure diving and swimming, followed by a pause. This pause enables the lure to slowly float towards the surface, nose first. Like a sandeel coming up to take a small fly or scrap from the surface.

The subtle action is perfect for when you don't want a lure that is just too aggressive for calm conditions (too much unnatural vibration).
